Late payments may incur interest at the rate prescribed by the Penalty Interest Rates Act 1983 (Vic).

7. Consumer guarantees and Australian Consumer Law

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the termination provisions set out in the relevant engagement agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to sylionpty.site immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the site and destroy any copies of its content in your possession.

Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
